Voyaging on the Irish Coast
We will sail from Waterford on July 14th and make our way along the beautiful southern coastline, visiting ports and points of interest along the way including Sherkin Island where we may have a chance to do some whale watching. We aim to visit the Skellig Islands where the Celtic monks lived and prayed for eight hundred years. We will then turn and sail back to Waterford. Some evenings we will tie up at port, some evenings we will lie at anchor off shore in a sheltered situation.
